Base of Operations

Location, Location, Location.
H2OCC plans on being based out of Florida.

Why.
With Florida being one of the southern most states it rarely sees snow and is warm enough that most teams will not change their training regime.  Many teams in Florida are very large with hundreds of members, essentially being the largest of the target market.  With projected expansion, another base could be built out of California, placed near teams of equal size as the ones from Florida
